The Program Operations Coordinator will be the backbone of the program's success, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across various projects and events utilizing software systems, responding to inquiries from program sponsors and participants, handling customer inquiries, and providing program and event-planning support to the program management team.
